I had an anal wart removed about six months ago. Can I get them again or am I cleared of the infection?

Summary: HPV is a very common infection. About 65 percent of HIV negative gay men and 100 percent of HIV positive gay men have the virus in their anal canal. Almost every man will have HPV on his penis at some point in his life.

When someone has a wart or precancerous area, we can get rid of the abnormality. But the problem is that doesn't get rid of the virus. So there is a chance for remaining HPV in cells that have not grown into warts to activate at a future date into a wart or precancerous area. If you've had a wart, or had anal sex or a precancerous area, I urge to you get screened by your doctor regularly.

The pleasures of using a dildo...

I am a man and I often pleasure myself with a dildo. I've noticed occasionally when I am extremely aroused and remove the dildo that there's a milky secretion on it (with the texture and feel of cum). I know that it cannot be cum, but what is this secretion?

It is probably mucous, which can be a sign of irritation of the rectal lining. The most common irritating agent can be an enema (if you do this before you insert the dildo). If you use non-typical lubricants these can also be irritating. As long as there is no blood or pain I would not worry. If the problem gets worse or other symptoms develop then see a doctor.
